ReDream Brands Launches to Serve North American OSA Market
Cathay Capital-backed ReDream Brands unites four direct-to-consumer brands to target the cash-pay obstructive sleep apnea market across North America.

ReDream Brands, a consumer sleep health platform, has been launched to target the cash-pay obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) market across North America. The platform combines four established direct-to-consumer brands: cpap.com, The CPAP Shop, Lofta, and sleeping.com.
New Platform Aims to Simplify Sleep Health Access
The formation of ReDream Brands follows a series of strategic transactions by the Cathay Capital-backed cpap.com. This includes a joint venture with AdaptHealth that brought together cpap.com, sleeping.com, and The CPAP Shop, followed by the acquisition of Lofta. A new credit facility led by Twin Brook Capital Partners supported these transactions.
Under the new platform, each brand will maintain its distinct name and serve its own customer base. Cpap.com will operate as a full-service retailer for the direct-pay OSA market, while The CPAP Shop focuses on value and convenience. Lofta will provide home sleep testing and coaching, and sleeping.com will serve as a private-label provider of CPAP supplies and sleep-related products.
ReDream Brands Aims to Improve Sleep Health Access
The ReDream Brands platform will continue to invest in each of its brands while expanding shared capabilities across digital engagement, diagnostics, education, and long-term customer support. The business is positioned for continued organic growth and further strategic expansion as sleep health becomes a growing focus within preventive healthcare.
According to Joe Megibow, CEO of ReDream Brands, the platform was created to make it easier for consumers to understand their sleep health, access effective treatment, and improve their quality of life. Millions of people struggle with health-impacting sleep disorders that too often go undiagnosed or untreated, Megibow says.
Platform Operations
The ReDream Brands platform will operate from three US warehouses, shipping over 700,000 customer orders annually. The brands will continue to operate independently while sharing capabilities across digital engagement, diagnostics, and customer support.
